Retro TWICE Vibes Meet Modern Chicken Samurai Burger 🍔🎶

Hi everyone! Today I want to share a fun McDonald's experience—although I really wanted the beef Samurai Burger, I had to settle for the chicken version 😂

🍗 The Charm of the Chicken Samurai

I originally wanted the beef Samurai Burger… but it was out of stock 😭
So I had to give in and go for the Samurai Chicken 🍗
Chicken is fine… but do you know what I’m really thinking?
Exactly — beef! 🐮

But the good news is the chicken burger packaging is super cool—it features Dragon Ball characters, especially Vegeta making two fists, looking full of power. Most McDonald's in Malaysia collaborated with Dragon Ball, so you can also see Goku, Bulma, Piccolo, and more!

As for the beef Samurai Burger, fans in Malaysia will have to wait until next year to enjoy it consistently 🥩. Patience is key!

🎶 TWICE’s "ME+YOU": Retro Meets Modern

While enjoying my meal, I listened to TWICE's latest song "ME+YOU". It’s the title track of their 10th-anniversary special album “TEN: The Story Goes On”, released on October 10, 2025. This R&B pop song expresses the deep friendship among the members and their gratitude to fans, ONCE.

The music video is full of nostalgic vibes, cleverly referencing TWICE’s past works, with funny moments that make you smile. TWICE’s song really gives me a retro feeling… but my burger is just modern chicken 😂

🍟 Thick Fries & Double Sauces

This time the fries were also a highlight—V-shaped thick fries, crispy on the outside and soft inside, super tasty! Paired with double chili sauce and ketchup, they are irresistible 😋
And there was a free Coke Zero, making the meal experience even better.

TWICE not only surprises us with music but also entertains through funny shorts and dance videos on YouTube Shorts. Whether it’s retro-style MV or a modern chicken Samurai burger, they always blend classic and modern elements perfectly, bringing endless joy.

In this meal experience, I combined TWICE’s "ME+YOU" with my modern chicken Samurai burger, enjoying a feast for both the eyes and taste buds. Even though the beef Samurai burger will only return next year, the chicken version, thick fries, and double sauces still gave me a very satisfying meal.
